Your commission is 25% of the platform fee — and that fee is the same one every customer sees at checkout (20% platform fee on Standard, 10% platform fee on Gold). It's deterministic arithmetic on a public number, not a rate we assess by hand.

If a referral's top-up is refunded or charged back, its commission reverses and shows on your ledger as a reversal — never a silent deletion. A 30 days hold covers that window before anything is paid out.

- How do I know you're reporting my referrals fairly?
- Your commission is not a number we decide — it's arithmetic on a published formula. Your dashboard shows every referred top-up as its own line with the platform fee and your 25% beside it, so you can check the math on every transaction against our public pricing page. Commissions appear in real time the moment a top-up settles, not in a monthly batch we assemble by hand.
- What happens if a referral gets a refund?
- A refunded or charged-back top-up reverses its commission, and you see the reversal on your ledger — it isn't silently deleted. Commissions are held for 30 days before they become payable, which is the window that covers refunds and chargebacks.
- How long does a referral stay mine?
- For life. Attribution is first-touch and permanent: the first affiliate a new user is linked to keeps that user, and every future top-up they make earns you commission. The referral link cookie lasts 90 days, so a sign-up days or weeks after the click still counts.
- What if someone clicks two different affiliates' links?
- First touch wins. The first valid referral link a visitor clicks sets their referral for the whole pre-signup window — a later click on another affiliate's link doesn't overwrite it. And once they sign up, the binding is written once and can never be reassigned: every user has at most one referrer, ever.
- How and when do I get paid?
- Payouts are made manually to the method you choose (PayPal, Wise, or bank). Your dashboard shows what's available to pay out, what's still in the hold window, and your full payout history.
