How does Artifio pricing work?

Artifio is pay-as-you-go. You top up your wallet from $1 and we deduct the per-generation cost as you create. Every model shows its exact cost before you confirm, so there are never surprise charges.

What's the difference between Standard and Gold?

Standard is pay-as-you-go with a 20% platform fee on every top-up ($0.50 minimum) and lets you run 3 generations at once. Gold is a $5/month subscription that cuts the fee to 10%, raises your concurrent generations to 5, jumps your generations to the front of the priority queue (so your jobs start sooner without waiting behind Standard traffic), and gives you full access to all 160+ models. Cancel anytime; the wallet balance you've already funded is unaffected.

How is the per-generation cost calculated?

Every model shows its exact cost in USD before you confirm a generation, and we deduct the same amount from your wallet balance. Costs vary by model and complexity — heavier models (video, long-form audio) cost more than quick image generations.

What's the minimum I can top up?

The minimum top-up is $1 and the maximum per transaction is $5,000. You can top up as often as you like — there's no monthly minimum.

Does my wallet balance expire?

No. Funds you add to your wallet do not expire and roll over indefinitely while your account is in good standing.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and many regional methods through Dodo Payments. Your card is processed by Dodo (primary) or Stripe (fallback) — Artifio never sees your card details.

Can I cancel Gold anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you keep Gold benefits (lower fee, priority queue) until the end of your current billing period. Your wallet balance is unaffected.

Do you offer refunds?

Wallet top-ups are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash, except where required by law. Eligible failed generations are credited back to your wallet under our Terms; this is not a cash refund.
