Affiliate program terms
The complete rules of the Artifio affiliate program. No fine print buried elsewhere.
1. Commission
You earn 25% of the platform fee on every top-up made by a user you referred. The platform fee is the same fee every customer pays: 20% platform fee for Standard accounts and 10% platform fee for Gold, with a $0.50 minimum. Your commission is 25% of whatever that fee works out to on each top-up.
2. Lifetime, first-touch attribution
A referred user is bound to you permanently. Attribution is first-touch: the first affiliate a new user is linked to keeps that user for the life of their account. It is never reassigned to a later link. The referral cookie lasts 90 days, so a sign-up days or weeks after the click still counts.
3. When commissions become payable
Each commission is held for 30 days after the top-up settles before it becomes available to pay out. This hold is the window that covers refunds and chargebacks.
4. Refunds and chargebacks
If a referral's top-up is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed and shown on your ledger as a reversal. Reversals are never hidden or silently removed.
5. Payouts
Payouts are made manually to the method you provide (PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer). Your dashboard shows what is available to pay out, what is still in the hold window, and your full payout history.
6. No self-referral
You cannot refer your own account, and referrals generated through fraud, incentivized sign-ups that violate our terms, or misleading claims about Artifio are not eligible and may be reversed.
7. Program changes
We may update these terms or the commission rate for future referrals; we'll give notice of material changes. Commissions already accrued are honored under the terms in effect when they were earned.
8. Eligibility
Applications are reviewed manually. We may decline or suspend an account that violates these terms or our main Terms of Service.
