No. Standard accounts are free to create — just top up the wallet when you want to generate. Gold ($5/month) is an optional upgrade that lowers the platform fee on each top-up from 20% to 10% and unlocks the priority queue.

Each top-up adds a small platform fee on top of the wallet credit you receive: 20% for Standard accounts, 10% for Gold. The fee is shown clearly at checkout. The full top-up amount lands in your wallet and the fee is what keeps the platform running.

Top-ups are non-refundable and can only be used on the platform — funds added to your wallet aren't redeemable for cash or refundable to your original payment method, except where consumer-protection law requires it (for example, the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right on an unspent balance). If a generation fails due to a system error, that amount is automatically restored to your wallet. You can also raise a dispute through support and our team will review.

How does the wallet work?

Your wallet holds prepaid balance in USD. Each generation deducts the model's per-run cost (also in USD) at the moment you confirm. You can see your balance at the top of every page and a full transaction history in Settings → Subscription.

We pass through the actual cost of each model. More powerful models, longer outputs, and higher resolutions require more compute, so they cost more per run. The exact dollar cost is shown next to every model before you generate.
