Question 1

What is Artifio?

Accepted Answer

Artifio is an all-in-one AI content generation platform that gives you access to 160+ AI models for creating videos, images, audio, and text. Instead of juggling multiple subscriptions, you load up a single wallet and pay only for what you generate.

Question 2

How is Artifio different from going directly to each AI provider?

Accepted Answer

Three ways: Price — you pay per generation instead of stacking monthly subscriptions across every provider. Convenience — one login, one shared wallet, one interface for everything. Flexibility — switch between models instantly without managing multiple accounts or API keys.

Question 3

Do you build your own AI models?

Accepted Answer

No. We integrate with the world's leading AI providers. You get the same models and outputs as going direct — we just make them accessible and affordable through a single workspace.

Question 4

What AI models are available?

Accepted Answer

We currently offer 160+ models including: Video (Veo, Sora, Runway, Kling, Hailuo, Wan, Seedance), Image (FLUX, Ideogram, Google Imagen, Seedream, Grok Imagine, HiDream, Qwen, Recraft, Nano Banana), Audio/Voice (ElevenLabs, Suno), and Avatar/Lip-Sync (Kling Avatar, Infinitalk, Wan Speech-to-Video). New models are added regularly.

Question 5

Will new models be added?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As new AI models become available, we integrate them into the platform. Your wallet works with every model — no extra cost to gain access to a new one.

Question 6

Is this suitable for beginners?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Artifio is designed to be intuitive. Choose a model, enter your prompt, and create. No technical skills required. The interface guides you through every step.

Question 7

How does Artifio's pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Artifio is pay-as-you-go. You top up your wallet from $1 and we deduct the per-generation cost as you create. Every model shows its exact cost in dollars before you confirm, so there are never surprise charges. There's no monthly minimum and no auto-renewal.

Question 8

Do I need a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. Standard accounts are free to create — just top up the wallet when you want to generate. Gold ($5/month) is an optional upgrade that lowers the platform fee on each top-up from 20% to 10% and unlocks the priority queue.

Question 9

What is the platform fee?

Accepted Answer

Each top-up adds a small platform fee on top of the wallet credit you receive: 20% for Standard accounts, 10% for Gold. The fee is shown clearly at checkout. The full top-up amount lands in your wallet and the fee is what keeps the platform running.

Question 10

What's the minimum top-up?

Accepted Answer

$1. There's no maximum on a single transaction up to AML/fraud limits. Top up whenever you want — there's no schedule.

Question 11

Is Gold worth it?

Accepted Answer

If you top up more than around $50 per month or you want priority queueing on busy models, yes. The reduced fee (20% → 10%) usually pays back the $5/month within a single top-up at that level. The pricing page has a calculator that shows your exact break-even.

Question 12

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Wallet top-ups are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash, except where required by law. Eligible failed generations are credited back to your wallet under our Terms; this is not a cash refund.

Question 13

Can prices change?

Accepted Answer

Per-generation prices depend on costs charged by third-party AI providers. We pass those changes through transparently on the model card so you always see the current cost before generating.

Question 14

Do you offer discounts for students or nonprofits?

Accepted Answer

We're committed to making AI accessible. Contact us at support@artifio.ai with proof of student status or nonprofit registration, and we'll work out a special arrangement for you.

Question 15

How does the wallet work?

Accepted Answer

Your wallet holds prepaid balance in USD. Each generation deducts the model's per-run cost (also in USD) at the moment you confirm. You can see your balance at the top of every page and a full transaction history in Settings → Subscription.

Question 16

Why do different models cost different amounts?

Accepted Answer

We pass through the actual cost of each model. More powerful models, longer outputs, and higher resolutions require more compute, so they cost more per run. The exact dollar cost is shown next to every model before you generate.

Question 17

Does my wallet balance expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Your balance never expires while your account is open. There's no monthly reset and no "use it or lose it" rule.

Question 18

What if my wallet runs out mid-project?

Accepted Answer

Top up any time and pick up where you left off — your in-flight generation will be queued and run as soon as the balance covers it. No subscription required, no minimum.

Question 19

What happens to my unused balance at the end of the month?

Accepted Answer

Nothing — it carries over indefinitely. There's no monthly cycle and no expiration.

Question 20

Is there a balance cap?

Accepted Answer

No. Top up as much as you want (up to the per-transaction AML limit).

Question 21

What does Gold include?

Accepted Answer

Gold is $5/month and includes: a reduced platform fee on every top-up (10% vs 20% for Standard), priority queue access (your generations jump ahead of Standard users under load), and a higher sustained submission rate. It does NOT include any included balance — you still pay-as-you-go from your wallet.

Question 22

Can I cancel Gold anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel through your account settings. You'll keep Gold benefits until the end of the current billing month, then your account reverts to Standard pricing. Your wallet balance is unaffected.

Question 23

Do I lose my balance if I cancel Gold?

Accepted Answer

No. Your wallet balance is independent of your Gold status. Cancelling Gold only changes the fee rate and queue priority on future top-ups and generations.

Question 24

Can I switch back to Standard mid-month?

Accepted Answer

Yes — cancel Gold and you remain on Gold for the rest of the paid period, then transition to Standard automatically.

Question 25

Can I close my account anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There's no contract. You can stop using the service whenever you like — no commitment beyond the wallet balance you've already topped up.

Question 26

What happens when I close my account?

Accepted Answer

Your generation history and wallet balance are deleted. If you have unspent balance, contact support before closing the account so we can review.

Question 27

Can I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Account deletion is immediate and permanent. Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited at deletion. This cannot be undone.

Question 28

What can I create with Artifio?

Accepted Answer

Videos, images, audio, voiceovers, and music — depending on which models you use.

Question 29

What's the quality like compared to Midjourney/Runway?

Accepted Answer

Identical to going direct. We route to the same underlying frontier models — when you generate with Runway, Sora, Veo, or any model on Artifio, you're using the actual model, at a fraction of the cost of separate subscriptions.

Question 30

What formats do you support?

Accepted Answer

Output formats vary by model. Common formats include MP4 for video, PNG/JPG for images, and MP3/WAV for audio. Specific formats are shown before generation.

Question 31

How long does generation take?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the model and output type. Some images generate in seconds; complex videos may take minutes. Estimated times are shown during generation. Gold accounts get priority queue placement on every model.

Question 32

Are there download limits?

Accepted Answer

No. Download your content as many times as you want.

Question 33

How long is my content stored?

Accepted Answer

2 weeks from generation. After that, it's automatically deleted. Download anything you want to keep.

Question 34

What happens if a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

If it fails due to a system error, your wallet is automatically refunded. Failures due to content policy violations or invalid prompts may not be refunded.

Question 35

Do I own the content I create?

Accepted Answer

Yes, to the extent permitted by law and third-party provider terms. You own your outputs.

Question 36

Can I use generated content commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Commercial usage rights are included on every account, subject to third-party model provider terms.

Question 37

Do you put watermarks on content?

Accepted Answer

No watermarks on any account.

Question 38

Will my content be unique?

Accepted Answer

AI-generated content may not be unique. Other users with similar prompts could generate similar outputs.

Question 39

Do you use my prompts to train AI?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not use your prompts or generated content to train any models.

Question 40

What can't I create?

Accepted Answer

Prohibited content includes: sexual or explicit content, content involving minors inappropriately, harassment/hate speech/discrimination, violence/gore/self-harm, illegal content, non-consensual imagery of real people, deepfakes without consent, and spam/malware/phishing.

Question 41

What happens if I violate content policies?

Accepted Answer

Content is blocked (no charge to your wallet). Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

Question 42

Are my prompts screened?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All prompts pass through automated moderation before processing.

Question 43

What browsers do you support?

Accepted Answer

Modern versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated.

Question 44

Is there a mobile app?

Accepted Answer

Not currently. Artifio works in mobile browsers.

Question 45

Is there an API?

Accepted Answer

Not currently available for public use.

Question 46

Can I use Artifio offline?

Accepted Answer

No. Artifio requires an internet connection.

Question 47

Why is my generation taking a long time?

Accepted Answer

Generation times vary by model and current demand. Complex outputs (longer videos, higher resolutions) take more time. Gold accounts get priority queue placement. If a generation seems stuck, contact support.

Question 48

Why did my generation fail?

Accepted Answer

Common reasons: content policy violation, invalid prompt, model temporarily unavailable, or system error. Check the error message for details.

Question 49

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All major card networks — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — processed through our PCI-compliant payment providers. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on devices that have them set up.

Question 50

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use secure payment processors. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Question 51

When am I charged?

Accepted Answer

Top-ups are charged at the moment you confirm. Gold subscription is charged on the same date each month it renews. Standard accounts are never auto-charged — you only pay when you top up.

Question 52

How do I update my payment method?

Accepted Answer

Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Manage Payment Method.

Question 53

How do I view my billing history?

Accepted Answer

Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Wallet activity.

Question 54

Do prices include tax?

Accepted Answer

Prices shown are before tax. Applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Question 55

Can I use this for my agency or team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Today the recommended pattern is one shared account per workspace topped up centrally. Native team plans (per-seat, shared wallet, role-based access) are on the roadmap — contact support@artifio.ai if you'd like to be notified or talk through enterprise needs.
