## About Kling 3.0

Kling 3.0 is the video model generation Kuaishou announced in early February 2026, released alongside Video 3.0 Omni, Image 3.0, and Image 3.0 Omni. The release extended single generations to 15 seconds, added native audio in five languages, and put its weight on consistency: characters and objects hold their appearance across frames and shots. This variant is the text-to-video mode, generating a clip from a written prompt. By the 3.0 launch Kuaishou counted more than 60 million creators using Kling and over 600 million videos produced.

Artifio runs it in one workspace with more than 100 other models, billed per generation from a single wallet.

## Features

- Generates video from a natural language prompt with clips of up to 15 seconds.
- Native audio generation in English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish, including a range of English accents and Chinese dialects.
- Improved element consistency: characters and objects keep their appearance across frames and camera moves.
- Photorealistic output quality is a stated focus of the release.
- Part of a lineup where the Omni sibling adds reference-based generation and multi-shot storyboarding with per-shot duration, framing, perspective, and camera movement.

## What people use it for

- Dialogue scenes where the character speaks in the generated clip without a separate dubbing pass.
- Short narrative sequences that need one character to stay recognizable across shots.
- Ads and social content in multiple languages from the same prompt.
- Cinematic prompt-driven shots that push past the 10-second ceiling of earlier Kling generations.

## Reported strengths

- Held fifth place on the Artificial Analysis text-to-video arena in July 2026 as the Kling 3.0 1080p Pro entry, the highest-ranked Kling model there.
- Fifteen-second generations with native multi-language audio widen what fits in a single run.
- Consistency improvements target the most common complaint about AI video, characters that drift between frames.

## Reported limitations

- On the same Artificial Analysis arena it trailed leaders such as Seedance 2.0 as of July 2026.
- Clips are capped at 15 seconds; longer pieces still require stitching multiple generations.
- At launch on Kuaishou's own platform the 3.0 models were gated to Ultra subscribers before the public rollout.
- Content rules aligned with Chinese government regulations refuse politically sensitive prompts.
